I will like to ask about a manager that was terminated sometime ago, I am a concerned worker who knew this manager for awhile. I found her to be very polite and nice to everyone. Recently I learnt that she was terminated for some stupid reason. I must say that this manager was told sometime ago about her not making her stores and that they needed her to improve which she had started doing, when she was terminated she had made all her stores that week. I spoke to this manager and was told that she was terminated for being the worst of the stores she did during that cycle, after being told by head of operations that someone else was the worse and she had to run to that store to save the problems. I will like to let RGIS know that this is not the way to do business, you do not lie if you are claiming that you are the best in the Inventory system. I kind of feel sorry for the people working there especially me who is looking for something else to do. This manager was lied to so many times but still stayed. She was transferred once and told it was only for three months and ended up staying three years, whenever she questioned about why she was transferred and being lied to she was told by the head of operations that the DM says she does not want her working for her which was a lie. This DM is very close with that person that was lied to. How do we feel when we lie to save our jobs this is a lost to our people I do not care how you look at it I even told this Manager that she should take RGIS to court for being lied to too many times but she said no. This is because she believes in the church . Please CEO of this company have your Operations and DM's come clean or you will loose more business.
